Upper 5th delivery policy
All Upper 5th delivery prices are based on weight, so heavier items such as dresses and cardigan will have a higher shipping charge than lighter items such as scarves. But if you order 2 or more items from the online store then delivery is completely free! woo! We send all packages by 1st class recorded delivery, which will require a signature on receipt. This is so we can track your package.
We aim to dispatch items within 3 working days of receiving your order.
Currently our website only processes orders from within the UK, but if you live outside the UK we can still deliver to you! We also accept payments through Paypal. So if you live outside the UK please email pandora@upper5th.com with your order details and we will get back to with a postage cost (based on weight).
Upper 5th returns and exchange policy
We really hope you love your Upper 5th items! But if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase then just return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of your receipt. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, which insures you to the value of the goods being returned, as we cannot except any responsibility for items that are lost in the post. Any refunds will be processed as soon as possible and your account should be credited as soon as possible. The refund will be minus the original cost of the postage, unless the item is faulty or a mistake has been made on our behalf. Please email Pandora@upper 5th with delivery details to let us know that you will be sending a garment to be returned or exchanged. This will allow us to track your item.
If you wish to exchange an item please send a note in the envelope stating what item you would like to exchange and send an email to Pandora@upper5th.com to let us know about your exchange. When exchanging an item, the responsibility of the postage costs will be yours unless the item is faulty or a mistake has been made on our behalf. Again we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, which insures you to the value of the goods being exchanged, as we cannot except any responsibility for items that are lost in the post.
